Defined WorkflowBuild.
- Timeline
- 6–12 weeks
- Best for
- One defined system
Sometimes you already know exactly what needs to be fixed: a stock lookup tool, order tracking workflow, purchase planning screen, reporting dashboard, warehouse transfer process, or another specific part of the operation.
Defined Workflow Build is for one clearly scoped system. If you have an adequate specification, we review it and move to a proposal — no paid discovery required. Then we build it cleanly, connect it where needed, and put it into your team’s hands without turning it into a full ERP project.
What’s included
- An agreed workflow and its boundaries, confirmed in a scope review
- The interface design your team needs, with key user journeys approved before building
- A fast web app your team uses in a browser
- Secure logins with the right level of access for each person
- Connections to the other tools you already use, where scoped
- Acceptance checks with the people who will use it
- Hosting, backups, deployment, and handover
- Two weeks of launch support
React · Next.js · Node.js · Django · PostgreSQL · Cloud
What's not included
- Investigating a workflow that still has open questions — that’s the Workflow Assessment
- Changes to the agreed scope — these are quoted and approved before additional work begins
- Third-party costs like hosting fees or paid integrations
- Mobile apps, unless we scope one in separately
Two weeks of launch support are included. Ongoing maintenance and improvements are available separately under an agreement — no 24/7 cover, guaranteed uptime, or unlimited fixes.

Scope review or workflow assessment
If you already have an adequate specification, we review it and move to a proposal. If the workflow still has open questions, we recommend a paid, separately scoped workflow assessment first.
- Scoped & priced
Scoped implementation
A written proposal with clear scope, agreed milestones, and changes approved before additional work begins. We design and approve the key user journeys before building each phase.
- Included
Launch & support
Deployment and handover of agreed code, documentation, and access. Two weeks of launch support are included; ongoing maintenance is available separately.
A clearly defined workflow.
This service works when the workflow is already understood. If the process still has open questions, hidden edge cases, or teams that disagree on how it should work, we’ll say so and recommend starting with a Workflow Assessment. Its findings are yours to use whether or not you go on to commission the build.
About the Workflow AssessmentOwners or operations teams who can clearly describe one workflow that needs to be built or replaced — and have enough of a specification to move from a scope review straight to a proposal.
Before you get in touch.
- Can you work with our existing software?
- Often, yes. Before committing, we check which integrations, exports, and access your current tools actually offer. Where a system can’t be connected reliably, we tell you and suggest a workable alternative.
- Do we own the work?
- The bespoke code, documentation, and account access agreed in your contract are handed over so your business retains control. Third-party services and licences — hosting, SaaS subscriptions, paid APIs — stay under their own providers’ terms.
